• The Directors provide 24 hour contact and support.
• Staff supervise all houses during the day and night.
• Security services patrol the campus during the night.
• Our Nurse takes care of all health and medical issues.
• Our Welfare Manager takes care of discipline and emotional issues.
• We maintain health and safety standards and procedures continually.
• New staff undergo a check from the Criminal Records Bureau, if applicable.
• Our family atmosphere welcomes and comforts children when away from home.
• We encourage students to participate in the activities and provide a continual learning process.
• We register all students 5 times per day
  (in lessons and before afternoon activities, and in the evening in houses).
• Our wide range of nationalities creates an international atmosphere and encourages students to communicate in English.

Arriving and departing

• Manor Courses representatives in uniform meet your child at the airport and escort them by private coaches to Hurst College. Or parents can drop-off students at Hurst College.
• The Directors welcome every student personally at the front desk during check-in.
• On the second day there is a welcome assembly.
• At the end of the course we escort all students back to the airport, assist with check-in and take them to passport control.

Accommodation

• Girls and boys live in separate houses.
• All houses are on campus.
• Accommodation is single/twin/triple rooms or dormitories with 4+ beds.
• Requests for room shares or particular allocations are offered subject to availability.
• Laundry is done 2 times a week.
• Staff live in the same houses and supervise the students.

Full-board

• 3 healthy and varied meals every day.
• 2 refreshment breaks every day (except for excursion days).
• Special diets can be requested.
